Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mixmap AI ("Mixmap", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Mixmap.

Don't use Mixmap to upload content you don't have rights to, to abuse the AI, to reverse-engineer the service, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

You retain ownership of audio files and metadata you upload. You grant Mixmap a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service (analysis, set planning, recommendations).

Set suggestions, recommendations, and analysis are produced by AI and provided "as is". Always review output before using it in a paid performance. We don't guarantee accuracy of BPM, key, mood, or any analytical field.

Mixmap links out to platforms like Beatport, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Their terms govern your use of those services. We're not responsible for their content or availability.

The Mixmap name, brand, UI, code, and AI prompts are ours. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing service on top of them.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost gigs, or lost revenue.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
